Material Sourcing
ROA Pacific only uses regulated suppliers and certified sources - adherence to specified validated materials are controlled locally for both tooling and plastic product raw materials supply. Tooling guarantees are warranted. Compliance is readily assured.

Supply Chain
Lead time is the obvious advantage of Molding with ROA Pacific, with just in time delivery versus 1 ½ months on the water. Inevitable increased inventory associated with bulk ship to counter freight is avoided. (Inventory build/holding at source, on the water and at point of use is needed to counter lead time or risk break in supply – all mitigated against by local source). Flexibility for revisions, change or small order quantity are all possible - without the significant cost implications for partial shipping or express delivery. (See quality concerns later)

Product Quality Assurance
Product quality assurance is compromised by the risks contained in most of the above - communication risk, compliance / adherence to specified raw materials, bulk delivery before capture of issues – and ultimately the inventory impacted by a quality issue and lead time needed for replacement product – all mitigated against by local source. Quality control is obtained from adherence to world class manufacturing processes and procedures versus low cost labor sorting.

With ROA Pacific - Manufacturing is carried out in the USA and is subject to USA laws and regulation pertaining to adherence to Non-disclosure agreements, Patent and Intellectual Property Protection. We are local and available for timely and cost effective auditing for compliance.

Project Management
Project management pertains not just to the sourcing and supply of tooling but also to that of in production molded product. We offer real-time management - flexibility for change requests are not impacted by time-zone differences or the ability of both parties to discuss issues with mutually suitable availability. There are no language barriers or miscommunication risks. There is no need to involve expensive travel and costly time for face to face, hands on participation for decision making.
